Review of Bubbaque's BBQ

The food is very good. They can provide an allergen list. All the BBQ sauces are gluten free except the Tractor Grease. The rub for the ribs is also gluten free. The following sides are gluten free: Collard greens, coleslaw, potato salad, Cobb corn.

They do not have a separate fryer. I had several questions for the waitress & the manager came out and answered them. He also told me which sauces were safe. He had the associates change their gloves when preparing my food. I really appreciated his extra attention & effort.
