I was able to educate the staff about gluten. They gave us every ingredient in the food. They Read labels to us and showed us their spices. The Brisket, sausage and pinto beans were delicious. The regular and sweet bbq sauce was gf. I’m a very sensitive to gluten person and had no ill effects. There is bread in a wrapper on every table. And the only thing they make with gluten was cornbread.
