The staff were so helpful! They even recommended these chips which are GF ☺ I had the chopped brisket and it’s sooo good.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable about gluten. All the fudge except Key Lime Pie, Cookies n Cream, and Banana Pudding is GF. The chopped and sliced brisket with BBQ sauce is GF (with no bun of course). The beaver chips are also GF. Overall wonderful experience!

Talked with one of the Food Team Leaders. The turkey or sliced brisket is gf with no sauce. I purchased a pound of sliced brisket and the employee changed gloves and the sliced brisket was stored separate from any sauce. It’s delicious and I’ve had no issues.
The turkey can be purchased without sauce and in a serving without the bun!
