The marinade for the chicken is not gluten free. I had to call 3 different locations to get that information.

Edit: called 2 more locations and they told me basically everything has gluten EXCEPT the chicken

While they don't have a dedicated fryer,you can order any shawarma sandwich as a salad, just remember to tell them no pita chips. They also have quote a few items that don't use pita or flour. Plus the prices are on point and the service is friendly.
