Tried to book online but couldn’t as no Japanese phone no. Hotel booked for us and advised we had a gf person. They had kept us a nice table just inside the door and gave us a brand new grilling plate. Advised us about which items had gluten in. Both had our meat without sauce and just salt. Didn’t need sauces. I had wagyu and my son who is gf had the mixed cuts of beef. Both were good.

This yakiniku is top shelf! We asked for salted meats only after showing a gf card in Japanese and had no troubles at all. They do not have gf sauce but the seasonings flavor the meat so nicely that my husband (not gf and usually loves sauces) didn’t use any. They have gf wine options like plum wine (so good) and can accommodate a symptomatic celiac without issues-at least in my case.
