Grew up coming here as a staple. Slowed down over the years because of the cross-contaminated kitchen.
Called in a pickup for the first time in a couple months & asked for a burger with no bun - mentioning to please make a note for the kitchen that it is a bad gluten allergy.
I arrived early & overheard “no bun on that”, and proceeded to watch my order be opened, bun removed & resealed to be handed over to me. Had I not arrived early I would’ve been in for one.
Since I already paid for the burger, I felt bad just asking for a refund. Passed the burger to the first person I saw & am now searching for dinner #2 25 minutes and an hour later

I came here with a friend and ordered a bun less grilled chicken sandwich with a side of salad and I have a severe flare up. I told the waitress about my gluten allergy and she specified to me they don’t marinate the chicken or other meat in beer and will not have gluten however after I ate my symptoms began. DO NOT go here if celiac, hashimotos or allergy to gluten.
