My server was extremely knowledgeable about what I could eat, and their chef can modify almost everything to be GF, if isn't already. They even brought me GF Flatbread with my salad, which was a wonderful surprise! I ordered halibut, which the chef used GF flour to dust instead of regular flour. They also have a lot of burger/sandwich options that can be ordered on a GF bun, so I will be going back soon!
