After I showed my allergy card in spanish language I got a very detailed overview about which dishes are gluten free or can be adjusted. The owner and her kitchen personal discussed whats possible and she insisted to take my order herself. I chose rice with shrimps, plantain and salad. Very delicious! They offer gluten free pasta as well!
