Buddy Brew Coffee

We were in the Armature Works and went to each vendor looking for something gf. Buddy Brew had gf bread and the server, Clara, ate gluten free and was super-helpful in making my husband a gf sandwich. She recommended the BLT or The Kennedy sandwich. He had the Kennedy. She made mine (non gf) first, cleaned the utensils and prep area, washed hands, changed gloves and then made his. They have a gf toaster. She was knowledgeable about which ingredients were safe and subbed in a pickled tomato. She opened a new bag of chips and reached in with new gloves to avoid contamination. We were so pleased with the care she took to make a safe and delicious lunch for him. Thank you to Clara! We will be back!

Went to a different location in Tampa, however, they had gluten free bread for the sandwiches. The BLT with avocado and pickled green tomatoes was tasty! GF bread was nothing special and I didn’t ask about their practices, but imagine they would be willing to take extra precautions based on the customer service! Love that they care about fair trade beans and women owned farms!
