Can Buddy Dive cater to Gluten Free needs? YES!!!!Seems like a goofy subject heading but as a celiac (diagnosed in 1972) I know it can be difficult (but getting better) to get answers to specific questions like: Can Buddy Dive feed a Gluten Free needing person? Yes they can!I just left a 2 week workshop on post-processing underwater images and can definitely say that the staff, kitchen, etc were ALL very responsive and super careful.They even have some really nice GF buns! They used the buns to make slider-size sandwiches, and also included 2 with lunches and dinners.The chef staff was always happy to talk about ingredients and certainly took a cautious position over a lackadaisical one.The fryer is common with breaded items - so no fries.
