I can vouch for their knowledge of safe gluten free suitable for coeliacs , but sadly their store front is no longer open, and you can only order online now .. Big shout out to Budgewoi Corner Store! Their food is great and they're constantly looking at ways of improving or appealing to the public. Recently they've been on a mission to provide great Gluten Free food. And I'm so glad to say our GF teenager is a huge fan! He's been hanging for a snitty burger since his diagnosis and tonight he thoroughly enjoyed it. Honestly, it was love at first sight! He thoroughly checked out the burger, tried some snitty on its own, had a good feel of the roll announcing "Ooh they've got nice buns!" then 10 minutes of complete silence while he enjoyed every morsel. To top it off he enjoyed the delicious GF chips and GF chicken salt. (we all did) On a serious note, they have a dedicated Gluten Free fryer as well as a dedicated Gluten free prep area and cooking area. They've been looking into sourcing & providing great tasting GF food and all the hard work has paid off. Both hubby & I had non GF burgers (absolutely massive and yummy!) but we tasted the GF snitty (before touching our food) & it was delicious! Next to try will be the battered fish & potato scallops! I thoroughly recommend Budgewoi Corner Store to anyone Gluten Free or not. 😊
