We were really impressed with Bob, his wife and the food! My daughter has celiac disease so we have to be careful of cross contamination so it was reassuring to know that Bob's wife (I forget her name...sorry) is gluten intolerant and they really know what they are doing. We will definitely be back!

Amazing chalupas, salsas, and meats! The meats are all natural (hormone & antibiotic free); the bison is delicious! Bob and his wife are warm and knowledgeable, so I'll make sure to support them whenever I'm in town :)

Anything with the TX hummus contains gluten because it is made with beer. Everything else is gluten free. Bob was really nice and said he started the trailer because his wife is gluten intolerant. Everything there is delicious!

Wow, I have had many chalupas in my day but this tops them all.

Everything was real fresh and the combination of ingredients made a burst of unexpected flavors. So glad to find gluten free choices that taste so good.
