Duidelijk aanwezige allergenenkaart met onderscheid van gluten/lactose etc in de producten. Friet en mayonaise standaard glutenvrij. Veel verschillend vlees van de grill mogelijk . Enthousiaste Nederlandse eigenaar dus als hij er is makkelijk mee te communiceren. Prima steak met friet genuttigd. Geen klachten na afloop gehad van steak met friet.
