I asked the hostess for a gluten free menu (knowing they had one online) and she said they didn't have it but was obviously confused and chose to say no rather than finding out. Once seated I asked our waitress and she gave it to me. They had different symbols for items containing gluten and ones possibly cross contaminated. They did not have a seperate fryer so a lot of the GF options were cross contaminated and not labeled as such. Since my diagnosis I only order the naked tenders (with or without seasoning) and choose a GF sauce to go with. I have tried eating there 4 times and gotten sick every time. also ordered a salad as a side and specified no croutons but they were still on the salad when I got it. Due to a long wait and running short on time I didn't bother with it and just didn't eat the salad. I feel bad because it's one of my husband's favorite places but I have decided I'm giving up on them despite their "GF menu" they provide.
No
Always mention that you are Gluten free to the manager to avoid cross contamination!
Yes
It’s been a few years and I have to update my review. Risk of cross contamination is high and I’ve been glutened here before. There’s better options, especially for the prices.

Awesome service Madison! Dedicated frier…WHAT?!?! This made my day…bone-in wings (Traditional Buffalo sauce) with carrots, celery, ranch and blue cheese. Wings were delicious, hot out-of-the-frier, and absolutely the best. It is so difficult to find wings from a dedicated frier! Holidaily beer topped off my lunch and I enjoyed watching Iowa State Cyclones win. Plan to be back for more incredible wings, beer and service.
Hey…went back today (Wednesday) and was told…by a different person…that they have no dedicated friers. No wonder I was reacting! So incredibly disappointed…how difficult is it? Either it’s a dedicated frier or not. It’s not that difficult! Geez 🙄 🙄 🙄

This location is one of the only ones that will cater to my son’s celiac needs. You can get bone-in wings and fries/tots. You have to ask them to do the fries and tots in the wing fryer. The only thing they do in this fryer is the traditional wings. You need to be vocal but my son has never gotten sick here. Julia (bar side) is amazing and will go back and talk to the kitchen staff personally to vocalize needs. This is the only BWW we feel safe eating at.

On calling - Traditional wings, boneless breaded wings, as well as fries all share same oil and fryer. Really sad to hear this.
