Unlike most other locations, this one in Midvale uses a dedicated fryer for their fries. The staff is excellent and willing to verify what is safe and what isn't. Naked tenders with most sauces are GF and come with fries.

Yes you might be able to get gf items here but their employees don't know what is or isn't and they do not guarantee no cross contamination.

several options, lots of sauce choices, very accommodating. This is one of my go to places.

All bone-in wings are gluten free, with exception of a couple of the Asian themed sauces! So good, and very accommodating!

Dined in with friends and we all got bone-in wings. Food was definitely cross contaminated and did make me sick.

They have an allergen menu listing all of the allergens plus anything cross contaminated. All fried food would be cross contaminated but I did get the naked tenders, which are grilled, and then a side salad. The good runner brought mine out first and was wearing gloves. The waitress was very helpful.

I haven't been here yet, but I have been t o the chain safely before. I just had a very encouraging phone call with an employee who was well-versed in best practices to avoid cross contamination. In short, the traditional wings can be fried in a gluten free fryer, and while the fries are technically gluten free, tots are a better choice as they are not put in bins that might also have held (non gf) onion rings.
Manager came out to verify I knew the risks of cross contamination, what items were made in their dedicated fryer, and brought us the companies allergy list to verify what items did not contain any gluten.
