They have a dedicated GF fryer, but did there was still a risk of cross-contamination. When I called in my order the girl on the phone checked with someone else to make sure she was flagging it correctly, and the items I asked for GF came out marked with purple stickers.

Got traditional wings with Garlic Parmesan sauce (most of the sauce are gluten free) and fries, and didn't have any major reactions afterward.

This location is one of my top 3 choices to eat locally. Always speak to the Manager first so the GF/Allergen button is selected on your order. They even caught my meal once before giving it to me as it was cooked wrong. They do good by you and take it seriously. I order the traditional wings with buffalo rub and they even have GF Strongbow Cider on tap. Carrots and celery and blue cheese or ranch are clear as well. My favorite location out of them all.

The BWW in Bullhead City AZ has a dedicated fryer for wings and fries. While traveling we found out that not all BWW offers this. Make sure to check before ordering.

No measures are taken for cross-contamination, there is no information on what food on the menu contains gluten, and staff are useless and ignorant. I was going to order a burger but it turns out (after a painfully long time waiting) they offer no gluten free bun. Then, I ordered the special of the night (boneless wings). When I realized the dumb mistake (the breading on the boneless wings contain gluten) we flagged down the server and asked to change it due to my gluten allergy. They said "no", outraged we would even ask. Then when they brought the food out I explained I couldn't eat it and got as a response "oh, do you want to order something else?" It was the worst experience ever and ended up going hungry after sitting in a restaurant for almost an hour.

Service was good, worst wings I've ever had. Dry, over cooked, maybe cooked twice, from froze chicken (Black blood in the bones). If you order the Buffalo Wedge Salad expect it to be a third of the size as shown on the menu. No crowd on a College Football Saturday says it all.

In general, I have always loved b dubs, but sadly since being diagnosed with celiac this place is not safe anywhere as far as cross contamination. However, if you are just avoiding gluten (maybe gluten intolerant or eating gluten free but can handle some cross contamination), they do have a whole lot of “gluten free” options on their menu. For those with celiac, I have gotten sick every time I have eaten here no matter what it has been, so it can’t be 100% gluten free.
