Their traditional wings and most of the sauces are gluten free. So is their ranch! I've had their tator tots and they were fine as well. Please note that I do not have issues with cross contamination so I can't speak on that issue.
Most of the traditional wings, ribs, and sauces are GF. Wait staff is very helpful. Not sure if the fryer is dedicated or not.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Fun atmosphere. We love visiting here.

The BW3 in waukesha, Wisconsin was great. The manager came out and talk to my son. They had a separate fry for fries and did a separate area for the grilled chicken. wings .
Yea-this is a big NO from me. They had an allergen menu-but it really was uncertain. The hostess said everything was GF but the Asian sauces, the waitress said only the salad would be GF (but even the allergen menu said that had gluten) The allergen menu showed almost all the sauces were GF, but the wings get battered-so you would be putting a GF sauce on a gluten drenched wing. Weird. I got nachos and guacamole that were TERRIBLE, and baked chicken tenders that were literally the worst things I’ve ever eaten. NEVER AGAIN.
We ordered off the Allergen menu -the ultimate nachos were listed as having no gluten. My husband is now spending all night in the bathroom sick as a dog. He usually does not have this severe of a reaction for mild cross contamination. Based on this reaction I don’t think their allergen menu is accurate at all.
I’ve never had a problem at bdubs before this time! I usually get the same thing (naked tenders with fries and medium sauce) unfortunately I decided to branch out and try the dirty dubs tots. Though on the website they claim to be gluten free I was sick as a DOG. It may have just been a bad case of cross con but I’d be careful of the tots in general. (I also noticed on the website they have a limited time baked tots that contain gluten which they may be subbing out for now)
I ordered the naked wings. Only got 3 wings which were very dry and tasteless not to mention expensive. I did get sick from eating them. The restaurant on Gratiot and 23 Mile in Chesterfield is a poorly run restaurant. Will not ever go back.
