Review of Buffalo Wild Wings

Obviously as a Celiac you can’t eat or expect a fried chicken wing joint to have gluten free oil. The management, servers and cooks will take special preparation/instruction and bake your wings. Will not be as crisp but still very good. FYI, it will take a bit longer so put in order before the rest of the orders. A few gluten free options for sauces. I appreciate that they will accommodate as much as they can!!
