While they don’t have a gluten-free menu, their website lists every ingredient they use and possible allergens. If you tell them you have a gluten allergy/intolerance the manager will come to your table to discuss exactly what your options are and what they can do for you (my wife, who has celiac, told them what she wanted and they made it happen even though it was completely off menu). Then the manager has to make the gluten free dish themselves in a dedicated area to ensure there is no cross-contamination. Now the downside: some items, like the tots and fries, are listed as non-gluten items, but they do use a shared fryer so be cautious.
