Ordered takeout - first time eating at this location. server on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the food was lackluster. I got naked tenders and two were oddly half sized. The French fries were disappointing. Cold and weirdly chewy. It seemed to be about half the amount of fries I normally receive inside the restaurant. The takeaway server was arguing with a customer on the phone about French fries when I arrived. This chain has been a lifesaver in our travels. This location might not be good, though.

Very good waitress, knowledgeable and helpful. Good selection of GF items. No bun for the burger but I personally don’t care. Overall very helpful people. Manager helped answer additional allergen questions for us (wife has egg and wheat allergy).
Yes
Was just there this weekend. I was told they DO have a dedicated gf fryer and I haven’t gotten sick. Love their traditional wings, fries and nachos!
The only real safe thing is a grilled chicken with a side salad or veggies. Servers never seem to be knowledgable about gluten free the several times I have gone during football season.
They fry their GF chicken wings in the same frier as the containing gluten stuff.
the traditional wings are the best and most of the sauces are gluten free.
This location does not have GF wings. They offer grilled chicken strips. They do fry their fries separately
Dined in with friends and we all got bone-in wings. Food was definitely cross contaminated and did make me sick.

They have an allergen menu listing all of the allergens plus anything cross contaminated. All fried food would be cross contaminated but I did get the naked tenders, which are grilled, and then a side salad. The good runner brought mine out first and was wearing gloves. The waitress was very helpful.

I haven't been here yet, but I have been t o the chain safely before. I just had a very encouraging phone call with an employee who was well-versed in best practices to avoid cross contamination. In short, the traditional wings can be fried in a gluten free fryer, and while the fries are technically gluten free, tots are a better choice as they are not put in bins that might also have held (non gf) onion rings.
Manager came out to verify I knew the risks of cross contamination, what items were made in their dedicated fryer, and brought us the companies allergy list to verify what items did not contain any gluten.
