The manager was very helpful. He brought me an allergen based menu and even explained that he could make sure items marked as “may contain” for wheat could be cooked separately for me so they would not. We were sitting near the kitchen and after we ordered I heard him in the kitchen verbally telling cooks how to keep my meal separate and to change gloves.
