Great at gluten free if you dine in. However every time I order it to go (over the phone or online) and say it’s an allergy, they always mess up the order and include bread or something g else with wheat. I’ve never had any issues dining in but they can’t seem to get it figured out when ordering it to go.

Never gotten sick from here before. I don’t mind the fact that we can only get bone-in wings! It would be cool if they made some gluten free boneless wings though!!
I was worried about Buffalo Wild Wings because their website said that fryers were shared between gluten and non-gluten containing products, but my grandson wanted to go. We went to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Ankeny. Iowa. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They produced an allergy book and helped me select the chicken nachos. The waitress promised to warn the kitchen not to cross contaminate. They were HUGE and totally delicious!! I'd definitely come here again!

I loved BBWW before I went gluten free. Of course my choices are now limited, I still enjoy eating here. I usually order their naked chicken tenders, without the seasoning, and their fries. They have multiple, great sauces you can still use. To date I have never had a problem. The waitresses are always super attentive to marking down no seasoning. I usually go during lunch or during a less busy period just to cut down on any chances of catastrophe to my gut.
Yes
Buffalo Chicken Salads are available with grilled chicken as a substitute. Fryers aren’t dedicated so options are super limited, but if you’re craving buffalo chicken like me, this will work.
Server was really great with GF precautions and double checked the bacon just in case. BWW has all their allergen and preparation info on their site, it’s very thorough as well!

I’ve never had a problem at bdubs before this time! I usually get the same thing (naked tenders with fries and medium sauce) unfortunately I decided to branch out and try the dirty dubs tots. Though on the website they claim to be gluten free I was sick as a DOG. It may have just been a bad case of cross con but I’d be careful of the tots in general. (I also noticed on the website they have a limited time baked tots that contain gluten which they may be subbing out for now)

No gluten free options in menu. Everything is prepared in shared kitchen and company will not guarantee gluten free due to cross contamination risk.

Their online menu offers a few gluten-free options, but we were told there was nothing our Celiac child could eat safely. The chef was unwilling to make anything separately (baked or in a clean pan). So we had to leave.

Sat down only to find out they cross-contaminate. We were thankful for their honesty and left to find somewhere else.
