Buffalo Wing Factory

They have several gluten free wing sauces to choose from. I was told they also have gluten free buns for burgers. They have Omission GF beer.

I have eaten here 3 times and never gotten sick. The food is great.

The only downside is that they have yet to make a GF menu. Instead they print out the allergen list on paper so it usually take a while for them to find it.

I have been coming here for several years and they keep getting better! The entire staff is very knowledgeable about gluten-free issues and most of their wing sauces are gluten-free. They have at least 2-3 ciders at all times. I just ordered their wings (60¢ ea. Mondays!) and the server returned to tell me he had made sure my sauce selections were gluten-free. The kitchen was using fresh receptacles and utensils and other tactics to prevent cross-contamination.

Have ordered take-out from and dined in at Buffalo Wing Factory and have had a great experience both times! Their wings are delicious and celiac safe since they aren't fried. The restaurant also offers GF buns for burgers and sandwiches and when I explained to the server my dietary needs, he brought out a list of what allergens were in every item on their menu. The great food and great service here will make me return again and again!
