A gem in Downtown Manchester! Absolutely delicious pho, spring rolls, meats, and more. Everything gluten-free, wheat-free, vegan, vegetarian, and/or soy-free is labelled on the menu, as are all ingredients. Owner Steven is very knowledgeable. A favorite amongst locals.
