Bulla Café

Great little cafe. While they do have gluten products, they are very accommodating to celiacs. All the gluten free items are kept far away from the others, and under a glass dome. They also have separate marked tongs, and are well aware of the cross contamination. They said they are still trying to figure out how to be celiac friendly with sandwiches, but I think they will do great. I trust this place as a celiac

I work at Bulla Cafe and we are quite diligent when it comes to our gluten free options! We have a variety of baked goods from Cookie Stefanie that stay in their own dedicated case and are only handled with specific tongs.

We do have regular pastries as well but have protocol in place so they do not come in contact with each other or use the same utensils. Because of this I’ll put 4/5 hearts for safety since we are not 100% GF.

Soon we will have gluten free sandwiches available at lunch, but since we assemble the sandwiches at time of ordering, we are still working out how we will keep ingredients from being cross contaminated. I’ll update once we have more info!
