I have eaten here several times. They have a dedicated gf fryer , they do note gf items on their menu and the wait staff seem very knowledgeable about gf

Me and my family were visiting the Williamsport area the last couple days for baseball tournaments. I have celiac disease, very serious intolerance to wheat and gluten. I read reviews and this restaurant was even on this gluten free finder app. I informed the waitress of my allergy, she seemed knowledgeable and assured me my food was in good hands.... Well I'd like to share my evening with you, while we were driving to my sons baseball tournament, I had to pull over 2x quickly to use bathrooms. We finally made it to the field after a long painful stomach-wrenching 45 minute drive, I then spent the next 30 minutes in the one stall, cinder block, little league bathroom, while experiencing stomach spasms, hot flashes and eventually passing out from the pain and discomfort due to being exposed to wheat at your restaurant. A pleasurable baseball/Williamsport experience turned into a terrible experience for me and my poor family who had to endure and watch me along with friends that didn't have a clue what was happening... I really wish restaurants were more knowledgeable and cared how this affects us with this terrible embarrassing disease.... This restaurant looked like a great place, but my insides still feels the terrible repercussions, even 24 hours later. I would suggest they become more educated if you want to continue to offer 'gluten free' especially when it's the difference between life and nearly death for some. I typically Do Not eat out!!! And this is exactly why! It's not taken as seriously as it should be!! 2 thumbs down...

The food was delicious and they had a lot of tasty fun beers on tap.
Felt like they understood allergies and need to avoid cross contamination.
Gluten free fryer for the fries. Gluten free buns and pasta.
My grilled chicken was a little overcooked but other than that it was good. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Very accommodating of food allergies! I eat here often and have not gotten sick (celiac and severe dairy allergy). Dedicated fryer and terrific fries!

Such an awesome little place! A couple menu items are labeled gf and most of thr menu can be made to accommodate. They have a dedicated fryer but no gf bread. I had a great burger and hand cut fries that were delicious. No gf beer unfortunately but their black current cider was interesting. Would definitely return!

Love that they use a designated gluten free fryer. GF chicken tenders are a must. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Yes
They just brewed a gluten free beer on their brand new system so it’s safe! And the beer was Fantastic! A dark brown ale, similar to a porter style. Highly recommend the food as well. Servers were knowledgeable and super friendly.
Yes
Staff was knowledgeable and there is a dedicated fryer for fries and other GF fried foods. Quite a few GF salads and appetizers. Dinner menu also had vegan and GF options. Food was tasty but no bread or rolls for burgers/sandwiches. I had chicken tenders with a GF bbq sauce and a bowl of fries. Large servings and food was good.
Menu is clearly marked with GF and Vegan items. Staff was knowledgeable and showed concern. Dedicated fryer. Most sandwiches are not safe, as items are marinated in their made beer and no hamburger is GF because they do not have GF bread, but they can tell you what’s safe without the bun. I had GF chicken tenders, which were quite good, accompanied by a delicious blueberry cider.
Yes
Servers not informed and actually fought me about the unsafe food she brought out to me.
No
The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. The menu has many gluten free options. The food is fresh and I’ve never had an issue, despite being highly allergic.
Yes
They did a good job on my dish. Ordered the vegetable stir fry with chicken. They were overly cautious and put the teriyaki sauce on the side which I appreciate.
We went for Sunday brunch. Good selection of GF options. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! Dedicated fryer for hash browns and fries. Woukd definitely go back!
Yes
Great GF options! Bullfrog Cider and Old Bay Seasoned Fries (dedicated fryer) were amazing. Can’t wait to return to try the other options!
Yes
Staff was very knowledgeable. Waitress was just okay, she didn't check to give us drink refills and she never even brought my soda. I ordered the nachos, which was just okay. I would go again and try the chicken nuggets. Their dessert chef is gluten free so they had a gf dessert option but I didn't have it cause that night they had coconut cake and I don't like coconut.
(Visited January 26, 2018) They DO have a DEDICATED FRYER!!!!!!! They will bring you a separate gluten free menu upon your request. I am so excited because I love hot wings and haven't been able to eat them since being diagnosed due to cross contamination. Waitress was knowledge about CD and CC. This will be my new fav place to eat locally. :)
Yes
Great burger no bun.
I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that they have a glutenfree menu, and a designated fryer. I had the best meal I've had in a long time. There were lots of gf options, even for a vegetarian with celiac. I'll gladly go back again!
wonderful place, wonderful drinks, wonderful gluten free options!
Yes
I got chicken fingers and fries. Both were amazing. I also got the cider. The waitress was very helpful and friendly. Great place. Cool atmosphere too.
We just ate here and it was delicious. I don't have a severe allergy, but am avoiding gluten for GI reasons as I have Crohn's disease, so I can't attest to severe allergy reactions. However they had an extensive GF menu and everything was really good. We got the chicken, fries, and Mediterranean platter.
They do have a gluten free menu with many choices. They also have a gluten free fryer which is amazing. The food was delicious (we ordered wings, French fries, and chicken fingers). The problem was I got super sick almost immediately, hence the 1 star. I think they used a regular fryer for part of the meal
They didn't have any specific GF foods but the staff is very knowledgeable since some of their staff is GF. They do have a separate fryer for French fries. They had just changed their menu and the previous menu did have GF items on it. No GF beers though except the standard cider :( I'd come back! Nice atmosphere. Got a front a center seat for live jazz music!
I've seen their menu online and it looks like they have pretty good options and from what I've heard, they're celiac friendly. However, the one time I tried to go here to eat (at about 7:30pm on a Tuesday night) I was turned away by a rather rude hostess. According to her, there were no tables available due to it being "Quizzo night." I understand Quizzo night might be busy (??) but there was no "Come back in 45 minutes when this game is over." She was just like, "We're full. Sorry." Never in my life have I been completely turned away from a restaurant like that. My friends and I ended up taking our business somewhere else.
Love their gf chicken tenders!
Old favorite from my non gluten free days.
