Korean barbecue- you can have the meats without marinades including pork belly, beef brisket, prime rib, and shrimp. Waitress was knowledgeable on gf options. Dipping sauce is limited to sesame oil and salt. Kimchi, cucumber kimchi, sprouts, and broccoli sides should be fine. Do yourself a favor and have it served traditional with lettuce wraps. Since you watch them cook your food you know it’s safe.
