Awesome to be able to eat some hot food in the airport terminal. The chicken pho is solid.
So far as safety goes I’ve been okay. But they are using the same gloves to throw together bahn mi buns as they do to package your order. So just ask if you need to!
— Somewhat
— Gluten-free items are marked on the main menu

Only the mango side salad is gluten free and your meal is likely to be cross contaminated. Employee told me meals that include the gluten free tofu are not gluten free. They have no idea what's going on, avoid.
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much/None

Not the best pho ever, but also not the worst. I am thankful for a new restaurant that offers safe gluten free options in the shiny new terminal! I got the chicken pho with lime and it was pretty filling. The broth definitely tastes like chicken soup broth and not real pho broth, but the chicken and noodles were yummy. A bit heavy on the cilantro/onions but not too crazy. They have lime & jalapeños on the side if you’d like and the soup comes in a well-made cardboard container. For those with celiac/gluten allergy, ask for a glove change before they prepare your food as they do make sandwiches as well. The pho station was on the opposite side of the counter from sandwiches and gluten-containing items. $12.50 for pho as of 12/2019.
Yes
A few GF offerings on the menu including Pho, but not a ton of options. Make sure to mention you are celiac or they will use the same gloves to add toppings to the soup that they use to handle bread. they brought the bread closer to the trays of toppings than I was comfortable with while making sandwiches for other customers.I did not get sick but I often don't notice small amounts acutely. Soup was good.It is frustrating how a few small changes could reduce the risk of cross contamination but that's just how it is I guess.
