One of my children used to work here... they watched the owner take my burger off a gluten bun and put it on a GF bun when there was a mistake made rather than reprepare. Luckily my child stopped me from eating it and I confronted the owner. I have not eaten here since. Just be careful, things were fine before because my child typically made my food.

Wanted to second the prior reviews of the knowledge and effort put into accommodating GF needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated being able to grab a quick lunch and hit the road and not have to worry about being sick. Highly recommend.

We went last night and had wonderul safe burgers! We went today to new staff that we thanked for their procedures to not cross contaminate GF burgers for my son and I with celiac disease!! The woman at the counter reassured us again - spoke to the cook right behind her - AND HE PUT GLUTEN FRIED ONIONS ON MY SON’s BURGER TO GO! We drove miles away and as my son was eating his, he found them after 3 bites. We drove back and asked for a complete refund on both our burgers, now that my son will be sick and they apologized. But I can no longer say it’s a safe place to eat or that I’ll be back. Thankfully I travel with activated charcoal and my son got some right away

They have GF buns and will change gloves and keep on paper to not cross contaminate. They make them right there by the register and it's the best burger I've had in awhile! They'll serve lays chips as the GF side

Cashier was so friendly. I didn’t have to explain myself. Asked for GF bun. She asked Celiac? I said yes. She immediately turned and spoke to the cooks. It was such a pleasant experience & the burger was delicious 💚

Great burgers! They toasted my GF bun separate from the other buns and told me what my options were for GF sides. It was a delicious hamburger and chocolate shake.

GF bun is labeled on the menu and actually also tastes good. The fryer is not dedicated, so our celiac had Lay’s chips. The burgers are very tasty!

This might have been the best burger I’ve ever had. My family (not gluten free) also want to give it 5 stars. Sensitive Celiac and did not have any issues. On site they advertise local grass fed beef.

Awesome little find in Canon City! Fresh grilled burgers, wide variety of options, gluten free buns, chips or salad for sides since the fryer is not dedicated. Staff was familiar with Celiac and happy to accommodate. My gluten-eating family was also gave their meals 2 thumbs up.

Mouth water burgers with full flavor and quality meat. GF buns to modify the choices, and separate areas for cooking. Fries are NOT GF, but a bag of chips was perfect.
Yes
The most delicious food and friendly people. They don't have a dedicated fryer so their fries aren't celiac friendly, but at least they know to tell you that.
Very knowledgeable. Super safe.

My son is an extremely sensitive Celiac. The workers were all very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They have good protocol in place: change their gloves, have a separate pan to grill the buns on, etc. Their fryer is not dedicated, however, they do offer bags of Lays instead.

Great gluten free burgers, chicken. Food was really good and employees are so friendly! No dedicated fryer but they have Lay's potato chips.

We really enjoyed our burgers. The spud shavings were tasty and the GF bun was great.
Delicious!! Got a burger, no bun (Udi's), and instead of one of their amazing looking sides (that the fellow members of my party got) they have lays snack sized potato chips. Would definately eat here again!
Great burger, gluten free bun, knowledgeable about Gluten allergies. Super friendly!!
