Since I had read in previous reviews that they had a gluten free bun, I made a special trip to have a hamburger. I was really looking forward to it. Ordered the burger and told them I was celiac. They brought the bur ger out on two tiny slices of half frozen gluten free bread, one was even the end piece. I tried to take a bite and the whole thing crumbled and fell apart. I was so disappointed! Only employees I saw were several teenaged girls.

Loved our experience here. We told them at the counter our daughter had celiac. They have gluten free crust for pizza and buns. the cashier went to the kitchen and Josh(owner) came out and asked us what kind of pizza our daughter would like and ensured us that they would be specifically careful with cross contamination. Such a great business!

Edit to my 1 star. Ask for Josh. They do have gluten free and he does know how to safely prepare it. The girl was obviously new and just didn’t ask.

The food was delish! Was passing through and delighted to find this place. I gave it four stars instead of five because nothing was labeled gluten free. I had to ask if they had gluten free items. I ordered a gluten free pizza and it was very tasty!

Just ate at this Great Restaurant. It was absolutely outstanding and awesome. The food was the freshest I have ever ordered at any Restaurant. The flavors were just incredible. And the amount of food that I received was well worth it. And my wife has Celiac Disease and they were able to prepare and serve her the best pizza she has ever had. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I Highly recommend this Restaurant to anyone. We will eat here from now on. Thanks for a pleasant and relaxing experience.

I have eaten here three times now since moving to Hernando three months ago. Each time the staff has been great, and has answered any question I had about an ingredient - even if they had to double-check. I have had their GF hamburger bun, and their GF pizza twice. All three times I have been perfectly fine afterward. Not to mention, the food tastes awesome! Safe AND great tasting are a lot to ask for being celiac, but they do a really good job at both!
