Review of Burger Bar Chicago

The buns were OK but the portions were large. It's a big burger! Got the sweet potato fries - they had 3 GF beers but I opted for tequila. The server did not seem knowledgable, I was concerned about the different aiolis, since if made with a cheap mayonnaise could not be GF but she made my least favorite blanket statement "every burger is gluten free". Doubt it lady. I built my own burger and it was delicious.
