Waiter had no idea what gluten was, but did know they had gluten free buns. Fries are cooked with breaded items, wasn't offered any alternative. Burger was tasteless.
Server was super knowledgeable. I was able to order fries. Which they fried in a pan with fresh oil. Then I had a delicious build your own burger on a gf bun.
Ordered through Grub Hub. Food wasn’t marked, no condiments, French fries were hard, not just cold. The burger patty was seasoned well. Worst of all, my son got glutened and spent the night in a misery of pain and is exhausted

Lots of celiac options. Knowledgeable staff. I had the Cobb salad and gf steak fries. All tested fine with my Nima sensor.
Turkey burger patty was very dry, but food was otherwise good. Received the GF bun and GF steak fries. Unfortunately, there is a bun upcharge, and the GF fries are not an option as part of a combo meal, so I had to order a la carte, which also increased my price. No GF beer, and I went with a less-desired GF cider instead. BUT, I ate a decent, filling meal and did not get sick.
Pricey, as are most things on the strip.
I dropped by to get a burger to go. It was mid afternoon and not busy. The employees I talked with were very helpful and kind. I got a burger w the gluten free bun and their gluten free steak fries (they have other fries that aren't made in the dedicated fryer). I nima tested the fries and the burger separately and they tested safe. For the fries I used an expired capsule and it came back w gluten but I tried again with a new capsule and it came back safe (I looked at the strip and there wasnt even a faint third line). Anyway, ate all of it and did not get sick!!! I may go back again before I fly home.
Burgers are all gf and on gf buns or lettuce. Lots of gf toppings that are available. Have a dedicated fryer for gf fries. Portion size is decent. A great lunch option.

Good experience. GF bun and dedicated fryer. I had the lamb burger. The only knock is the price. $18 for a burger is expensive. No issues.
Had a good experience, the staff was as knowledgeable as all reviews stated. I ordered the build your own burger and steak fries, first time had some reactions but I also don’t do well with gluten free baked goods, like the bun. I ate their a second time and ate way less of the bun and had no reactions at all. Our bodies are all so different, bottom line I felt comfortable going back! I would eat there again!
Menu is marked with gf bun and fries option. Burger wasn’t very juicy and fries were bland but I was just excited to find a place I could eat at safely.
Burger bar was awesome! We custom made burgers, they have gluten free buns, and they were great! They also have gluten free steak fries that are fried in their own fryer. The staff was extremely helpful, even going downstairs to check the label on the hot fudge (which was not gluten free, no ice cream sundaes for us!) We also got to meet Hubert Keller, great guy and awesome restaurant! They take pride in what they do!
My husband and I each had a hamburger our check was $56 it was not worth it the burger was below average plus our server told us we could get our parking ticket stamped and they did not parking was another nine dollars . Our total was $65 for two hamburgers and a flat soda pop that was terrible Never going back
Very good food but I paid $22 for a guild your own burger. The plain Jane cheese burger is $15.60. Gluten free fries in a separate fryer and gluten free bun which was very tasty.
Delicious gluten free burger, gf bun was soft and toasted. The gluten free steak fries were very good also. Would go back again next time in town.
Staff was very knowledgeable and put my order in as an allergy without me asking. The GF bun was really good. Excellent overall experience.
GF buns and toppings. Only steak fries are GF, also be sure to ask the chef to verify the sauces are GF, only a few were.
Amazing burger! While they to have a gluten free bun, I opted to just go without. Delicious "build your own" burger option.
We had a good experience and felt comfortable eating there. Gluten free bun was delicious. They have a dedicated frier. Server was helpful and knowledgeable. We would go back.

Best gluten free burger I have ever had and my teenage boys loved it too! The bun is delicious and holds together well. The steak fries from the dedicated fryer were awesome!
The staff was very knowledgeable, our server Joe explained all the precautions against cross contamination. Unfortunately the GF fryer was down so I could get French Fries but the GF bun for the build your own burger was amazing!

Gluten free menu includes drinks - cider etc. Separate fryer. GF burgers were delicious as were the streak fries.
Wonderful service and food was excellent. Only complaint is the prices, but what can you expect from Vegas! Staff was knowledgeable and the whole place was Celiac-friendly.
Have a local gluten free bun and gluten free fries. Be specific when ordering the fries. I have celiac and didn't have any issues.

Based on reviews, we tried it. Our server was not friendly, but I had a burger with a GF bun, GF fries and a GF beer. The food was correct and good. Not the best burger I have ever had, but pretty good! Our waitress clearly wanted us to leave as soon as we finished. Would recommend it for a quick, casual dinner.
I have Celiac and have never been glutened here. Been coming here for years. Good fries if you want them crispy just ask or sometimes a little soft. But overall really good.

Really fantastic! My husband suffers badly and the staff were so good, they asked if he had an allergy to gluten and made the kitchen staff aware. The food was so tasty; he didn't have a problem once. He loved it so much we are there almost every day on our holiday!!
First, let me say I have Celiac and need to be very careful about gluten. After reading the reviews my wife and I decided to try this place. We are so glad we did. My wife had a turkey burger and fries and I had a build your own GF chicken and steak fries. Both were good and the fries were tasty. Fries were a little undercooked but still good. Had the Chipotle Aioli and jalapeño bacon on the chicken and it added some good kick.
I didn't have any ill effects and we would definitely return here again. As a side note the staff was great about gf and understood the importance of no cross contamination.
My favourite place I ate in Vegas! I wish we had this in the UK!! Awesome GF menu, totally get gluten free & do gluten free chips!!! Separate fryer!! The servers really get GF too as we're very informed & helpful! I would eat here everyday!!
I ate here for lunch today and had a wonderful buffalo burger with a gf bun and gf French fries. They fully understood gf/df and it was a neat place. Hope to go back before we leave town.
Phenomenal. Had fries for the first time since being diagnosed. Garlic aioli was amazing to dip fries in. Had burger with pepper jack cheese, peppers and a gluten free bun. Also got the estrella pale ale gluten free beer and that was fantastic. Great service.
It was great burger and fries just what you want! Just a bit gutted the waiter said the milkshakes weren't gluten free?

We ate here 2 times while staying at Mandalay Bay. They have a gluten free bun option, which was a little dry but not too bad. Over all it was a good burger. They also have gluten free steak fries. They have multiple types of fries, so be sure to ask for the gf ones. They aren't the most amazing fries ever, but how often are fries even an option? I enjoyed the novelty of ordering a burger AND fries. It was pretty good over all and I would go back again. I didn't get sick later.
My wife and I ate at the Burger Bar a couple of days ago and we're very disappointed with our meals. My wife has celiac s and I am gluten sensitive. The burgers were dry, the steak frys were soggy and the gluten free beer made me ill. There was also a $1.50 upgrade to a gluten free bun that wasn't mentioned in the menu. We are in Vegas often and will not be going back to this restaurant.
Food was delicious enjoyed gluten free burger bun and fries. I would definitely recommend to try this if you want a good burger with a gf bun and you like steak fries.
Had burger on gluten free roll with salad and a glass of wine. Server was great and they also offer gluten free steak fries and a few gluten free beers and ciders.
