Burger Church

Mr Church, the gentleman that runs the food truck, was very helpful. I ordered the Nun Burger with cheese and fries. I brought my own bun and I was able to put the burger on it before wrapping it up, so the cheese melted to my bun perfectly. The burger was seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic. I opted out on the sauce but only because I did not know what was in it (I was taking a risk to start with so trying to limit what was on the burger). Fries are just potatoes and they are beef tallow. Nothing else on the menu is fried. I am a very sensitive celiac and had NO bad reactions.
