My father in law is Celiac and when he showed them his card (written in Japanese) about what gluten-free means, the waiter said they do lettuce as buns and that the fries, onion rings, and chicken nuggets all cross contaminate with gluten products. He seemed knowledgeable and there was no reaction, so we recommend! Delicious Kobe and Wagyu beef burgers!
