Burger Tree

I love this place. It is a fully gluten free restaurant located in a Kupfert Kim which is also gluten free.

The Burger Tree loaded fries are my fave. The regular fries come with impossible.meat and an amazing big Mac spoof sauce that is sooooo good. Everyone in my office comes by to see what I am eating when I bring it in.

Also loved their friend "chicken" sandwich. Mushrooms never tasted to good!

I know some are saying cross contamination but it is a GF kitchen so I am not sure what is happening there.

Hot tip: as it is in a Kupfert and Kim grab a zucchini chocolate muffin for dessert. More like a.moist piece of chocolate cake. My non celiac husband LOVES them.

I agree with the last reviewer, and wish I had read their comment before ordering something at Burger Tree. Not safe for celiacs, but I suspect it’s also not safe for people with gluten sensitivity. Definitely got glutened here, and to be honest, I didn’t love the food either.

BE WARNED: this is one of those dedicated GF places that say ‘we’re 100% GF and safe for celiacs!’, yet look at you like you’re crazy when you explain to them that you can have all gluten free ingriendents yet still have cross contamination going on. Which basically is to say: the workers do not understand how serious this shit is for celiacs.

Which SUCKS cause this was the best GF place I’ve ever eaten at. I went there daily for WEEKS, and I still couldn’t believe how good it was.

Me and my celiac friend both got sick here. I’ve gotten sick multiple times with a several week wait in between to make sure I’m not going crazy. STAY AWAY. 100% cross contamination going on here, through the ingriedients or by the employees.

Update 2023 OCT: this place isn’t gluten free fully, as much as they say it is. My sister found a cockroach in her burger and took a photo. And my other celiac friend got sick here.

Delicious vegan gluten free fast food! We ordered “fried chicken” sandwiches (oyster mushrooms)x very tasty, and soft gluten free buns. Loaded fries were also very good though I think plain fries would’ve been just as good. Quick and yummy and filling and we’ll definitely be back.

My go to place for a burger in the city. I recommend the cheeseburger with the Impossible patty. Everything in the store is GF, so no risk of CC. Havent had any problems so far. Some of the items are not low FODMAP friendly, though.

It was my first time to eat out as a celiac person. All delicious service so relatable I had the impossible burger and now I know why it’s called that apart that it is the brand. But it’s impossibly delicious and good for a celiac person. The good taste in me for many hours. I plan to put this place on my treat list a list I can say i deserve this treat. After a shift of working in customer service. And my friends who are not gluten free loved it.

Absolutely delicious! The burgers, fries, and milkshakes are incredible! Everything is 100% vegan and gluten-free.

As a celiac, it was amazing to be able to eat and enjoy real fries again. It was sooo good! The burger was also very delicious.
