The GF buns are toasted with the regular so if you’re celiac it’s a no go. I’m gluten intolerant with high sensitivity but they don’t bother me

GF buns. Dedicated fryers so eat all the fries you want!

Absolutely love Burger University!! I have been gluten free for 22 years, eating here for 2, and have never had a problem. The fries are in a separate fryer and the gf buns are amazing.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

The fries and sweet potato fries are fried in the same fryer as the gluten containing items. Also, they toast gluten free buns with regular buns. So, be aware of that. I ordered a burger with a bun not-toasted

Celiac friendly?

Yes

I am very sensitive and have never had any issues here! They use Udi's buns (at least I think so) and list their fries and sweet potato fries as gluten-free. The fries come in GIANT quantities, the small can feed multiple people. The burgers are very good. They have a topping bar so all burgers come plain and dry, beyond any specialty toppings that come on a specific sandwich. There aren't many cheap/quick GF burger options in Georgetown, so Burger University takes the cake in my opinion.
