Burgers Blues Barbecue

I had the BYO burger with GF bun, all free toppings, pepper Jack cheese and bacon. I asked if the fryers were in a shared frier, the person taking my order wasn’t sure and she asked the manager. The manager came out and told me they definitely have a dedicated gluten free fryer. He also had the cashier notify on my order celiac for the kitchen. They were so nice and accommodating.
