The people were friendly and caring, and were accommodating.

HOWEVER, the "dedicated" fryer is apparently sometimes used during busy times (lunch) for chicken tenders and onion rings. My wife and daughter were *very* disappointed that they couldn't have fries.

As for the burgers, they were indeed put in a container without a bun (as if that were enough) but although they said they would change their gloves, it's not clear that the gluten-free burgers (my wife and daughter's) would be handled/cooked separately. (If they changed their gloves and then made/packaged my and my sons' burgers alongside and at the same time as the GF ones, the GF burgers wouldn't be GF. I'm not sure they understood that.)

No issues yet (a couple hours later) but we won't be going back.
