Went with friends and family who eat gluten and asked about what they had that was GF and they were unsure. The manager came out and said he couldn’t promise no cross contact but he would try his best. They made me french fries in new oil but I ended up NOT taking the risk! I think maybe if I had communicated better with the manager I could’ve explained celiac better and would have had a safe meal. It seemed as he knew the severity because he mentioned the fancier hotels know how to deal with allergies better. That’s what lead me to ultimately not risk it.
