Review of Burke Perk Bake Shop & Bistro

New management in 2021; hoping they're just as careful with the precautions needed for GF prep to make it a safe order. The previous management made sure to prep in a very safe environment for gluten allergy orders.

While no GF menu, they are very cognizant of celiac and what it takes to keep the kitchen safe for GF diners. No fries or buns, but they can accommodate most dishes. I would recommend!
