They take celiac safety seriously: they even test their gf food at regular intervals. I ordered biryani and they let me know that while free of gluten ingredients, that particular dish has tested above a safe gluten threshold in the past and they refunded me. I so appreciate that honesty! I got pineapple fried rice instead which was tasty and safe.
