Great place!!! My wife is gluten free so that means I am too, sometimes. Finding a place we both love is tricky. We LOVE Burning Brothers. If you’re looking for a fun date night, or a place to meet friends - you won’t go wrong - they will love it as much as you.
Totally GF facility with delicious beer and some wonderful food truck options. Felt 1000% safe and had some great conversation with staff! Can't wait to go again!
Beer and cider were great, fun atmosphere, and Auntie M’s corn dogs were out of this world! We each ate two. Highly recommend, you should not miss this place! My husband, who is not gf, thinks their IPA’s are the closest to real beer.
Awesome place! I like the dry cidre. AuntieM’s food truck was outside. Everything was gf. Corn dog was better than a regular corn dog! I’m not gf, my husband and kids are, and I would choose this. Funnel cake was very good too! Next time I’m trying the onion rings and cheese curds.
Highly recommend. Entirely gluten free.
We had so much fun here!! Delicious beers, looks like a hole in the wall!
Entirely gluten-free Brewery. Awesome flight of gluten-free beer and reasonably priced.
Dedicated gluten free facility and not a “crafted to REMOVE gluten” naturally gluten free. They also have food trucks that will serve GF food since this is a dedicated facility. Really liked the coffee ale!!
Fantastic beer and great staff.
Great beer! Awesome food truck we had Auntie M’s Food truck and lived everything about this place. There is a back room that was spacious and great for families.
Love this place!!! I can enjoy a good beer and food from a GF food truck. This is no small thing!!!
I love love love this place! Burning Brothers Brewing was built with Celiacs in mind. Feel free to order whatever you want, from the bar or the food trucks, it's all gluten-free and Celiac safe with no risk of cross-contamination! The beer is truly gluten-free, not that gluten-"removed" B.S., and it's hoppy and delicious. I come here every time I'm in the Twin Cities area, because it's so nice to be able to have a beer and feel like a normal human being again!
It’s been five years since my Celiac diagnosis. Today I drank beer, delicious beer. The Solo food truck had pizza outside. Yup, pizza and beer. Best. Day. Ever.
What else is there to say? Beer. Beer. Beer. Beer. Beer. Beer. And food trucks. Life is grand.
gluten free everything! ambiance is a bit lacking, but it's safe!
Im extremely biased: I came here for years before I started working here because I love it so much, it was cheaper to work here, but this place is amazing. I never got to try real beer (diagnosed at 13) so my first beer was a RedBridge and I thought I didn’t like beer, but Burn Bros changed my mind. There is NO GLUTEN allowed in the facility. I have worked in the brew house as well as the tap room and the master brewer and other employees who aren’t celiac have to eat in their cars if they want glutenous food for lunch. The food trucks only serve GF food. Also, the guys who run the place are just phenomenal. When I got laid off from my full time gig, they hired me pretty much full time so that I would have some income while I searched for a new job. So come support an awesome, local, small business where you can even use the employee toaster without worrying about being glutened!
Great atmosphere plus knowledgeable and accommodating staff about my other allergies. My glutenated boyfriend who is also a beer enthusiast like the flight we tried. Definitely will make this a regular stop.
Great beer (not just great gluten free beer)! Dedicated GF environment. Fun place to hang out with friends and NOT worry about cross contamination. Love this place & visit every time we're in the Twin Cities.
Great selection of totally gluten free beers, and my non-GF friends even like it! Most nights (at least in the summer) they have different food trucks there, always serving gluten-free only food. And they always have free popcorn to snack on. They've also started selling some gluten free foods at the bar, although I haven't tried them yet. Highly recommend!
It's rare to find a 100% gluten free establishment, let alone a brewery. But this place is owned by someone with celiac...and their selection is amazing! I only wish I had been there on a day when they had food trucks... I haven't had a fried cheese curd in 6 years!
Great beer! Food truck was awesome and only gluten free!
It's a beautiful thing to drink all those gf beers and eat from gf food trucks. ❤️❤️
Great beer and Crazy Puppy food truck is by far the best food truck they have!
Good selection of beers. Usually around 6 on tap. The taproom usually has a food truck on Friday and Saturday nights.
My only complaint about this place is that... it's not in my home town. Fantastic, dedicated gluten free brewery (with great beer) and very nice staff. This is a great place!
Food truck Friday's are my fave!!
Beer is the thing I miss the most after being diagnosed with Celiac, and Burning Brothers has brought it back to me! Great place for beer lovers, gluten free or not. I recommend the roasted coffee ale!
great local gf beer, could it get any better... many nights there is also a gf food truck parked outside, I have celiac and this is some of the best beer I've found!!
I love their beer even before my celiac diagnosis!
Excellent brew! After years of being disappointed in most GF beer I finally found some great ones!
The first good gf beer I've tried. Love the Pyro!
Excellent beer and the entertainment at their pour house is free!!
Excellent. Love the shandy
Finally I can participate in the craft brew scene! They often have GF food trucks or caterers that have gluten free menus. Dedicated gluten free facility. The staff is so welcoming and friendly.
Only really drinkable GF beer out there, and I've tried them all. And their beer is widely available in the Twin Cities area.
Celiac friendly. Excellent service! I had a great time. Totally GF facility.
Brewery. I liked coffee stout best. Person associated with brewery has celiac. Sometimes have food truck Fridays offering gf food.
all GF beer!
I haven't been yet, but it's a dedicated brewery and the master brewer has celiac.
