I’m very confused about my experience here. I went with my family who has no allergies and they loved it. The hot bowls were incredible.
I am not celiac-just gluten free due to stomach issues.
All ordering is done at a kiosk- a QR code directed me to an online menu with allergen guide. I was so disappointed to learn I could really only eat rice, corn, tofu or gochujang (I don’t know what that is)
After seeing my disappointment a staff person stepped in and assured me that I could eat more items. I was directed to rice, BBQ chicken with sides.
It was amazing and I ate the whole thing.
But-I’ve been sick all night.
My assumption is that it has gluten….
This was such a great restaurant I am so bummed this was my experience.
I have a screen shot of the allergen menu if I’m able to submit that….
