Sometimes here and there i will get sick even though I specify that I am allergic. As well as my rice can be uncooked at times. But I still love the food, I cannot stop coming back :)

I said I have celiacs disease and the person immediately stoped to change his gloves. He also grabbed the lettuce, cheese, and sour cream from the back up without asking. I would reference their guide allergen guide just to be knowledgeable on what to have. I really enjoyed my burrito bowl.

Not safe for celiacs, not even remotely safe. Cross contamination is guaranteed, they don’t take it seriously here - avoid unless you want to get sick

I visited today and they were very accommodating and kind. I appreciated how positive their attitudes were about it. The staff assured me that only the flour tortillas and a dessert were gluten, but the website says the pinto beans are too so I'd trust the site more (black beans ok). I reminded her to change gloves and she happily did so and asked her coworker to as well. Food was good although the pico was kinda bland.

First thing I told the guy was that I had an allergy and he immediately changed his gloves. For the hot items he used a small to go cup to scoop out chicken and rice for my bowl. He also used one for the shredded cheese except he opened one that had not been put out yet and scooped from that. Going to mark this 4 stars because he did try to offer me beans but they are in the nutrition menu as a no no so I passed on those. I had a chicken bowl and chips and guac. No issues, would eat here again.

I told the guy that I was gluten free and he immediately took his gloves off, thoroughly washed his hands, and regloved.
He was putting my order together, definitely knew what had gluten in it, and even went into the back to add lettuce and cheese that wasn’t near some of the other gluten-containing things.

My celiac daughters love to eat here. Flour tortillas and brown beans are the only 2 items off limits. Tell them you need GF and they change their gloves without being asked.
Yes
Very easy to get food. Avoid the tortillas, 2 of the meats, pinto beans, and dessert. their queso is the best!
