I asked if they had gluten free options and was provided a separate menu that listed every type of allergen and the meals that they serve that would be safe for those allergens. The waitress did let me know that they can not 100% guarantee no cross contamination but I took the chance and the food was excellent! Everything was tasty and I did not get sick. Will definitely be going back

Once I told the waiter I had celiac, he said they strongly encourage that anyone with celiac does not eat here. I asked what about a salad and he said that there is too much flour in the air and the kitchen is too small. He strongly believes nothing could avoid cross contamination. He very kind but graciously walked me out the door.

The waitress warned me that the kitchen is not dedicated gluten free, so the possibility of cross-contamination does exist. Based on the prior reviews, however, I risked it and it was delicious!! I didn’t feel sick after and the menu options for what is naturally gluten free is huge! Will be coming back.

No GF menu, but Jen said she could make almost any dish GF. I had the chimighanga and it was delicious! I would definitely go back again if I was in the area. Everything on the menu is vegan. Lots of drink choices too. It was a nice change from my usual fare.

Our waitress (possible owner) can turn most any of the menu gluten-free. GF bun substitute. I feel really good and clean eating here and drinking a juice. Would eat here again if I’m in the area again :)

Great food!! My husband is a meat eater and he loves this place as much as I do.

Very accommodating to gf options. Everything vegan but I have been with 2 people who love meat and they enjoyed everything too!
