I first went to this restaurant in CT and was ecstatic to learn they had a location by me in VA. With one or two exceptions they can pretty much do the entire menu gf. This includes the iron skillet side of mac & cheese. They have a clear/strict system for avoiding cross contamination and I have never gotten sick. All gf dishes come out on square plates. I love the maple sriracha wings, burger (complete with onion straws we can eat), pretty much all the appetizers, and salads. The staff are all well trained and take it very seriously. You basically can’t go wrong here.
