I wasn't sure about this place, but they have items with gluten marked on the menu, so I figured they at least had some knowledge about safety. Best chance I took! I had the BBQ ribs with coleslaw and fries. When I asked if a shared fryer was used, the server assured me that he would have the cook clean the fryer and use new oil. I didn't have any reaction from the meal, and I'm a very sensitive Celiac. Portions were huge, flavor of everything was fantastic, and the service was excellent. I'm planning on going back to try the gluten-free ravioli!
