Ordered the Hawaiian chicken bowl, asked for the order to exclude teriyaki sauce and for chicken to be grilled, made sure all other ingredients were GF. Waitress assured it was. Food was fine, not a lot of options though.

The drinks are great but very limited GFree selections. I had wedge salad and buffalo wings with no problems. I didn't feel much else on the menu was even close to being safe.

Do not go! Have no gluten free menu. I asked the waitress and all she said was there are very few options and walked away. I thought she would come back with a chef or manager but she came back 2 min later for my order. Least helpful staff ever

We walked in and asked to see the gluten free menu and the girl said the server would explain what was. The server explained that there were about 3 things that were GF. I ended up modifying a burger big time. With that I ordered lemonade there were specks of black they were either bugs or mold; Either way it was disgusting. DO NOT COME HERE.

No longer Buster's Beach House - now is Goodies Bar and Grill. We called ahead to the restaurant the day before coming to National City, and we were told they could accommodate gluten free. Upon arrival for breakfast two days later on Sept 12, we were told that they could not serve us a GF breakfast, and when we asked if we could speak to the chef, we were told that the cooks were PT and didn't know how to make us a simple GF breakfast. Very disappointing considering the advanced work we did to try to ensure we could have a meal before going forward with our holiday. We informed the Best Western so that they could advise others.
