Amazing place! The chef came out to speak with us regarding our GF concerns. She said she was motivated to cook GF because she wanted her best friend to be able to eat there. I am both GF and plant based. There are so many GF/V items on the menu we went crazy ordering, and we loved everything. They had tempura mushrooms on the menu that were wild harvested (oysters and shiitake, I believe), served with a teriyaki sauce sizzled over the top. We also ordered the Sunshine Board, which had a variety of fermented veggies, all delicious. The Blistered Shishitos were really good and a good-sized serving. The French fries were hand cut and cooked to perfection. The Major Tao’s cauliflower came with sticky rice and kimchi and was a favorite among our group. We finished it off with a GF/V zucchini cake topped with chocolate frosting. The chef said the zucchini was straight from her garden. Each dish we received was carefully prepared and beautifully presented. It’s now our favorite restaurant in the Burlington area.
