Very good food. They have a brick and mortar as well as a food truck. We visited the restaurant. They say all of their meats/rubs including pulled pork, burnt ends, ribs, fatty brisket are gluten free. The spicy sausage is not because they…….. flash fry it in a fryer that has gluten in it from other items. They have several (nice) sauces that are gluten-free. The ribs are delicious, just enough sweet rub, but not too much. The burnt ends were terrific. The fatty brisket will be a Super Bowl for anyone who likes fatty meat. A lot of their sides are gluten-free, including the baked beans, coleslaw, and collard greens and some others. Great baked beans. Baked beans contain spicy sausage, but THAT sausage was not put in the fryer, it was just cut up. Apple cider in the coleslaw. The fries are not GF due to the gluten in the fryer from other items. Nothing marked on menu we saw. Great food, we will be back.
